Stay in our comfortable, clean, furnished apartments without any lease commitment or large deposit. Utilities and cable tv, with movie channels, included. Washer and dryer on site. Minimum rental time is one month for rates listed below. Call for nightly rates and availability.
We offer fourteen apartments. Most are completely furnished and have a queen bed, or one twin depending on your preference. Three of these units have a kitchenette. The studios have a mini fridge and a microwave. The two large 1 bedroom apartments are furnished.
Rates:
Utilities and cable tv, with movie channels, included, except as indicated.
$395.00 per month. Apartment room with private bath.
$425.00 per month. Studio with mini fridge and microwave.
$450.00 per month. Studio with gas oven/stove, mini fridge and microwave.
$550.00 per month. Studio with separate kitchenette.
$650.00 per month. Large 1 bedroom, electric additional, cable included.
$100.00 Cleaning Deposit, paid with first months rent.
Refunded if apartment is completely cleaned after moving out.
$50.00 per pet.
$100.00 per person over one, except couples sharing one bed.
$50.00 per car over one, and it must be stored at our facility 3 blocks away. Not charged in addition to the extra person charge, two cars allowed then.
